When we ignore our emotions, we stunt our ability to connect to the world around us. This can effect different relationships with others and with self. Through this approach, we will together practice and name various emotions in order to establish higher well-being.

We are all shaped by our experiences. The way the body internalizing these experiences can make it hard to live to our fullest potential. By giving a safe space to process these experiences, you will start to be able to regulate your body and take back what might have felt stolen.
